You will need to get your groceries on the main land before crossing on the ferry. If you are taking Pine Island Taxi, the Taxi will make a stop to pick up pre-ordered groceries. You may fax your order in to the local grocery, Publix, at 239-282- 0625 (fax). They must receive the fax 48 hours prior to pick up. They will shop for you and have it packed and ready to go. Please include the following in your fax: "boat pack for Pine Island Taxi Pick Up", your name, your arrival date and time at RSW, your credit card information, and your contact number. Please call to confirm that they received your fax at 239-282-5515 (phone). Publix only stocks beer and wine;Friendly Frankies Liquor Store is next door.

If you are interested in local seafood, stop by Island Seafood on the way to the dock. They will also deliver fresh fish out to the Island. Call in your order at 239-283-2525.

For the occasional oops item, there is a small convenience store, Mangos, on the Island. In addition there are services available that will pick up and deliver items to be ferried across for a fee.
